Meet Brittanny: problem solver, people helper, your guide home
Hi, I'm Brittanny Ferguson, a Senior Loan Officer with Liberty Mortgage Lending, based in Coconut Creek. I didn't start my career in mortgages. I spent about nine years, from 2013 to 2022, managing a VCA animal hospital.
Where I come from
Running a hospital means solving problems all day, often while people are worried and emotions are high. My job was to keep things running and help people get through those moments.
That work taught me how to stay calm under pressure, explain things clearly, and make sure people feel cared for. I still use all of it every day.
Why mortgages
I moved into mortgages in 2022 for two reasons: to problem solve and to help more people.
Every home loan is a puzzle: your income, your credit, your savings, your goals, and the home you want. I love figuring out the best way to put those pieces together. And helping someone get the keys to a home changes their life.
Since then, I'm proud of the 5-star reviews my clients have left on Google.

Who I help
First-time buyers, families, veterans, condo buyers, move-up buyers, and real estate investors across Florida. I originate mortgage loans for Florida properties only, from owner-occupied home loans to business-purpose loans for investors (like DSCR loans that can close in an LLC), subject to lender guidelines.

Helping more people, beyond the closing table
I got into mortgages to help more people, and that doesn't stop when I leave the office. I'm a member of the Junior League of Boca Raton, where I serve on committees. One of them was the committee for the Woman Volunteer of the Year 2025 event.
The Junior League also supports other local nonprofits. On one outing, our members spent time getting to know the adults with special needs who attend the HAB Center Boca Raton.
I'm grateful to spend time with people who care about the same South Florida communities I serve.
